KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 — Less than 24 hours after Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the implementation of a nationwide total lockdown starting June 1, traffic congestion was reported on highways heading towards the east coast and south.

SHAH ALAM, Oct 14 — Two roads heading to Shah Alam from the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas) were badly congested this morning following roadblocks mounted by the police on the first day of the two-week conditional movement control order (CMCO).
